The Twitter spat between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Assam counterpart extended to Saturday when AAP chief Himanta Biswa asked Sharma when he would visit schools in the northeastern state.
The debate between the two leaders started in the virtual space when Kejriwal tweeted on Wednesday that closing schools is not a solution and there is a need to open more schools across the country and shared a link to a news report claiming that. Some schools in Assam are closed”.
Kejriwal and Sarma both have exchanged several virtual verbal volleys in the past three days.
On Saturday, the AAP supremo tweeted in Hindi, “We have a saying – if someone asks ‘when will I come and they say ‘come whenever you can’, then it means ‘never come’. I asked you – ‘when will I be yours?’ I will come to visit the government school’, you didn’t tell me. Tell me when I will come, only then can I come.
