‘Using my name is barbarism’ Karan Johar approached the Bombay High Court

Karan Johar suddenly blushed. Not only did he get angry, he also approached the Bombay High Court. Karan has filed a complaint against the makers of the Hindi film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’ for using his name in the title of the film without his permission. The film was supposed to release on June 14. However, Karan has already applied to postpone the film’s release.

He filed the suit against the film’s producer, IndiaPride Advisory, and the director. Karan Johar alleged that using his name in the title of the film would cause confusion among the audience. Even the viewer may think that he is also associated with the film. And so he is going to take this step.

Karan Johar has claimed in that case that he has nothing to do with the film. Still, his brand name is used. And that too illegally. He also claimed that since Karan is a famous personality, his honor will be tarnished as a result. Due to Karan’s case, the film’s release date was delayed. It remains to be seen what the Bombay High Court will decide on this matter.
