Assam Cabinet ministers will be introducing a new bill in the upcoming budget session of the Assam Legislative assembly.
According to the reports, the new bill is related to public examination which is to curb the use of unfair practices like cheating.
The Cabinet said, “The Assam Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Bill, 2024’ will be introduced, aiming to prevent leakage of question papers and cheating during the exam.”
Further, the session is to take place on February 5, 2025.
