TVS Motor Company, a manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in India, has opened a landmark dealership in Marda, West Bengal. Cedar TVS, located in Naldubi, Malda, Mangalbari, is a distributor that provides service from start to finish, as well as car sales, repair and parts business. Cedar TVS was opened by Arvind Gupta, National Sales Manager of TVS Motor Company (Eastern Region). The workshop was hosted by Sitangshu Burma (West Bengal District Manager, TVS Motor Company).
As a result of the opening of the dealership, the number of contacts of the TVS Motor Company in West Bengal has reached 4. TVS Motor Company is the only two-wheeler company to win the prestigious Deming Award. According to data from JD Power IQS and Apple, the company’s products have ranked first among similar products in the past four years. “JD Power Customer Service Satisfaction Survey” has ranked the company first for five consecutive years.
