Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha recently laid the foundation stone for the Extension Project of Tripura Bhavan at Bir Tikendrajit Marg, New Delhi, an initiative aimed at improving infrastructure for Tripura residents in the national capital. The project will feature the construction of six rooms and two hall rooms, with an estimated budget of Rs 2.95 crore. The Chief Minister emphasized that this enhancement would improve facilities for those visiting New Delhi for various purposes, including medical care, education, cultural engagement, and business development. The ceremony highlighted the presence of several dignitaries, including Deputy Speaker Ramprasad Pal and Rajya Sabha member Rajib Bhattacharjee, among others. This initiative aims to provide better accommodation and support services, reflecting a commitment to comfort and efficiency for the state’s residents while strengthening Tripura’s presence in New Delhi.
