Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) was ranked 4th globally for gender equality and 25th overall in the area of high-quality education by the Times Higher Education Impact ranking. It supports MAHE’s dedication to a gender-neutral, inclusive, and equal learning environment and opportunity.
The 5th edition of the 2023 Impact Rankings includes 1,591 universities from 112 countries/ regions. India ranks highest for SDG 5—gender equality—with Manipal Academy of Higher Education coming in fourth. Gender equality is assessed by a university’s commitment to hiring and promoting women, its policy on gender equality, and its research. MAHE supports equal educational opportunities and a safe campus for women and girls.
