The four-day legislator orientation program has concluded by the Arunachal BJP

The BJP’s Arunachal Pradesh branch successfully wrapped up a four-day orientation and training program for its MPs and MLAs in Guwahati, Assam, on Monday. The initiative’s goals were to increase state party officials’ effectiveness in providing public services, political knowledge, and legislative efficiency. 45 of the 46 party MLAs from the northeastern state participated in the program, demonstrating a high degree of discipline and dedication, according to a party statement released here.

A wide spectrum of knowledgeable resource persons, including union ministers, state leaders, policy experts, economists, and top party officials, participated in 13 sessions over the course of the four days. Numerous subjects were discussed at the seminars, including national security, public communication, governance, economics, policymaking, and leadership development. B L Santosh, the party’s national general secretary (organization), spoke at the valedictory session on Sunday and praised the MPs’ commitment to participating with discipline and seriousness despite their constituency duties.

Santosh urged legislators to engage with all sections of society, including grassroots BJP workers, and work inclusively. He commended the management team for organizing the program and criticized the Congress party for repeated changes in the chief ministerial position in Arunachal Pradesh. State BJP president Kaling Moyong praised the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein for working together. Key speakers included National Joint General Secretary Shivprakash, Ulhas Kulkarni, Ashok Singhal, K V Raju, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, and Khandu.
