Until the case is decided, the BJP can make that demand in court, leaving Mukul Roy as chairman so that the PCC meeting is not held. There are also complications with the remaining members of the PC being in the committee meeting. The idea of the political arena is that the party leader Shuvendu wants to boycott the meeting of the remaining 5 members of the committee for the time being if the court does not get a stay order.
