TCS announces winners of TCS IT Wiz championship

The National Finals of India’s largest inter-school IT quiz competition, TCS IT Wiz 2020 has been concluded and its organizer, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) introduced the winners.


Abishek Agarwal (GD Goenka Public School, Siliguri) received the TCS IT Wiz Championship title. He was once awarded a trophy, a gold medal, winner’s certificates and a present voucher well worth Rs 30,000. Rithin Nagaraj (Little Flower Public School, Bengaluru), the runner-up of the National Finals, bagged an e-voucher really worth Rs 20,000, a silver medal and trophy.

The quizmaster Giri Balasubramaniam aka Pickbrain introduced the quiz with exuberance and vibrancy at some stage in the 5 rounds namely, Digital Readiness, Borderless Learning, Analytics and Insights, Multi Experience and @TCS. Over 9,900 college students of type 8-12 from throughout the USA participated in the twenty-second version of TCS IT Wiz. 128 contributors certified for the Pre-Quarters and sixty-four for the Quarter Finals and sixteen reached the Semi-Finals to compete for the pinnacle four National Final slots. “At TCS we accept as true within life-long studying and empowering communities with studying and knowledge, with initiatives like TCS IT Wiz”, stated the chief guest, N G Subramaniam, COO, TCS.
