“FY25 has been a year of systematic growth for TCI. Despite global uncertainties and supply chain dynamics, our focus on multi-modal integration, sustainability and digitalisation has driven decisive progress,” TCI Managing Director Vineet Agarwal said.
Driven by consumption-led warehousing demand in the fast-moving commerce, retail and consumer durables sectors, the company has also strengthened its niche logistics and multi-modal solutions for bulk goods, heavy machinery and large equipment, he added.
Aggarwal said, “By deploying smart assets in rail and coastal transportation, we have enhanced our capabilities with high-capacity 40-foot, 40-tonne containers, fixed chassis units and ISO containers, ensuring efficiency and scalability in operations.” He added that sustainability remains an integral part of TCI’s innovation roadmap, marked by the induction of electric vehicles and LNG trucks in its fleet and a shift to renewable energy-powered warehousing.
Further strengthening our digital capabilities, we have successfully operationalised AI-driven analytics, bot-based service operations and are testing agentic AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational precision, he added. “As we look ahead, we are investing in talent enhancement, green logistics, automation and strategic partnerships, in line with our vision to become a key enabler in establishing India as a global logistics hub,” he added.
