One of India’s leading content distribution platform Tata Play (formally known as Tata Sky) announced the opening of its exclusive Jingalala Store in Alipurduar, West Bengal. This is the 4th store launch in West Bengal and 29th in India. The new store will offer customers an elevated experience of Tata Play’s range of products & services including Tata Play DTH, Tata Play Binge+ Android enabled Set-top and Tata Play Binge Fire TV Stick.
The brand recently announced Tata Play Binge Combo Packs that provides the best of broadcast channels and OTT apps in one integrated pack. Tata Play Netflix combo packs were also introduced that allows to avail Netflix along with broadcast channels. The store, owned and operated by a franchisee, and is equipped with trained staff to cater to customers’ personalized requirements, including product demo, priority installations, query resolution and other after-sales services. Skilled personnel will guide customers through the complete purchase process. The after-sales services will include box upgrades, changing packs and channels, and getting a spare remote or resolving any other customer complaints.
