Tata Motors has launched its much-awaited “Customer Care Mahotsav 2024,” a nationwide engagement program designed to enhance the after-sales experience for commercial vehicle customers. Running from 23rd October to 24th December 2024, the initiative will be hosted at over 2,500 authorized service outlets across India, offering a wide range of benefits to fleet owners and drivers.
The Mahotsav features free vehicle check-ups conducted by trained technicians, along with exclusive value-added services. It also includes driver training on safe and fuel-efficient driving, aligned with Tata Motors’ Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative. This comprehensive service portfolio ensures customers benefit from an all-inclusive solution that covers everything from vehicle purchase to lifecycle management.
Girish Wagh, Executive Director of Tata Motors, highlighted the significance of the event, which coincides with the anniversary of Tata Motors’ first commercial vehicle sale in 1954. “The Mahotsav reflects our commitment to delivering the best-in-class service to our customers,” he said. Aizawl is witnessing a strong response, with fleet owners taking full advantage of the Mahotsav’s offerings. Local customers appreciate the convenience and value provided by Tata Motors’ service centers, which are helping improve vehicle efficiency and reducing operating costs in the region.
