Pride East Entertainments, Sati Tea Company, Newtech Computers and Bhogali Jalpaan from Guwahati, the Capital of Assam win big at the first edition of Tally MSME Honours 2021. Tally MSME Honours is an initiative to celebrate the diversity of change-makers driving real impact in the society and the economy.These honours will be given out once a year on the occasion of International MSME day (27th June) and are applicable to all types of businesses with a turnover less than 250 crores and valid GST registration.
In the Category of ‘Wonder Women’ Riniki Bhuyan Sharma of Pride East Entertainment was honoured for her revolutionary work in the satellite television network category and becoming the first regional satellite television network with a view of showcasing the entire northeast India in the national arena. Pride East Entertainment runs five TV Channels, with a pan India presence and availability across all DTH platforms.
Priyank Jalan, CEO of Sati Tea Company was honoured in the category of ‘Social Patron’ for its fine-cooperative efforts during the pandemic, contributing 10% of their profits earned towards community service. In its first edition, Tally MSME Honours recognized 4 MSMEs in Assam and 81 in the country.
