Kashi-Tamil Samagam begins in Varanasi The festival will continue for a month Prime Minister Modi will formally inaugurate this gathering at the amphitheater ground of Banaras Hindu University on Saturday. The central government is the organizer of this festival As part of the 'Azadi Ka Amrita Mohotsav' the main objective is to revive the cultural link between Varanasi and Tamil Nadu.
