Hornbill Festival

With the theme "Cultural Connect," the Department of Art & Culture is prepared for the Hornbill Festival 2024. With Peru emerging as a key country partner, Nagaland is poised to demonstrate international cultural diplomacy during the 25th Hornbill Festival. With the opening of diplomatic relations, a thriving cultural interchange between Peru and Nagaland is anticipated. Following a meeting with Peruvian Ambassador H.E. Javier Manuel Paulinich Velarde, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio affirmed the alliance.
