Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma released a prestigious corporate book of Oil India Ltd. titled 'Oil India - The Pipeline Saga' in Dispur in presence of august gathering of OIL's Senior Management and author Padmashri Arup Kr. Dutta.
