In the Arunachal district, officials stress the importance of road safety

Deputy Commissioner P N Thungon chaired the Siang district's District Road Safety Committee (DRSC) meeting on Tuesday. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the state of current road safety initiatives and develop new strategies for lowering traffic accidents in the district. According to Section 215 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the meeting was attended by representatives from the public works department, transportation department, police, health, education, and urban development, among other important stakeholders.
