Strong Message from NE CMs as Racial Bias Against Women Condemned

Pema Khandu, the chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh, denounced as disgraceful and intolerable the racial abuse that three women from his state endured in South Delhi. Because the culprits are now escaping, he has reached out to the Delhi Police Commissioner for prompt action. Khandu underlined the importance of the victims’ safety, dignity, and justice. Conrad Sangma, the chief minister of Meghalaya, also denounced the incident, emphasizing the ongoing problem of sexual harassment and racial discrimination against women in the Northeast. He called for strict measures to be taken against those who violate women’s modesty, saying that such behavior is unacceptable in a civilized society.
