According to Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, the state’s farmers’ income has doubled since 2016. Speaking at an administrative camp held at the Tufania Lunga Tea Garden in Bamutia, West Tripura, the Chief Minister stated that the state’s farmers now earn Rs 13,590 per month, compared to just Rs 6,580 in 2016. With 4.74 lakh farmers, agriculture is the primary industry in Tripura. “To enhance crop quality and boost productivity, artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies must be used,” he stated.
The Chief Minister stated that by making sure that different benefits reach the last mile, the current state government is striving to realize the Viksit Bharat dream. He stated, “Our goal is to develop all the villages and towns of the state, and we are working in that direction,” adding that the state administration has been striving to give the people of the state access to sound and open administrative procedures. Focusing on the priorities of public life is one of our primary goals. One important move in this direction is the Mukhyamantri Cha Shramik Kalyan Yojana.
According to him, steps have been taken to construct a state-of-the-art eye hospital in Agartala with 100 beds, and the government is striving to bring health services in Tripura up to the level of AIIMS in Delhi. About 23 lakh persons have received various administrative facilities as a result of this program. Benefits from numerous federal and state government programs are included in this. This demonstrates the genuineness of this government’s approach to the populace. We are answerable to the people because they chose us to be their representatives,” Saha stated.
