SC refuses to make guidelines for ‘protection’ of Hinduism in India

A plea was filed in the Supreme Court to the Central Government to make guidelines for the protection of Hinduism in the country, India. 

According to the sources, A bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Supreme court refused to entertain the plea seeking a direction to the Central government to make such guidelines.

The bench said, “Somebody will say protect Islam in India. Somebody will say protect Christianity in India,” therefore the plea was rejected.
