Samsung BKC Lifestyle Experience Store opens at Jio World Plaza, Mumbai

Samsung has opened its first Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India at Jio World Plaza mall, a luxury retail, leisure, and dining precinct in Mumbai, demonstrating its commitment to the country. Samsung BKC will offer customers the latest Galaxy S24 series, featuring special edition color options and free gen AI-enabled personalization. Customers can experience and pre-book the Galaxy S24 series starting January 23.

Samsung BKC, spread across 8,000 sq ft, in Jio World Plaza, is located strategically in Mumbai’s central business hub of Bandra Kurla Complex and will showcase Samsung’s top-of-the-line premium products through unique curated experiences and real-life scenarios. Samsung’s new store in BKC showcases its premium product range, including smartphones, televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines, using its AI ecosystem. The store offers ‘AI for All’ for consumer electronics and ‘Galaxy AI’ for mobile devices. Samsung BKC, the first Samsung O2O store in the country, aims to revolutionize retail shopping by combining online and offline experiences. Samsung BKC store offers a wide selection of over 1,200 products from an online digital catalogue, with in-store staff assistance, and delivery options across India, extending convenience beyond Mumbai.
