Resignation letter handed by prominent Congress leader

Congress leader Rana Goswami has tendered his resignation from his post as an organisational in-charge of Upper Assam. The leader is expected to resign from the party, Congress and join the Bharatiya Janata party (BJP).

Congress prominent figure Rana Goswami was in charge of the districts of Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, and Biswanath Chariali. He tendered his resignation to Assam Congress In-Charge Jitendra Singh and State Congress President Bhupen Bora.

Further, Rana considering the rumours clarified that he has neither departed nor joined any other party.
