Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann married Dr. Gurpreet Kaur today. His family and friends, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha, were present on the occasion.
Cases of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s marriage ceremony with Dr. Gurpreet Kaur began in an intimate private ceremony at his residence in Chandigarh.
Arvind Kejriwal, who played the role of a father figure and performed all the necessary rituals at CM Mann’s wedding, told reporters at the airport, “Today is a day of great joy that my young brother and Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann ji is getting married and making a new beginning. .”
“May God bless her with a blissful married life and may both [the couple] continue to be happy,” the Delhi chief minister said.
Speaking to reporters here just before the event, AAP MP Raghav Chadha said, “Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s existence. I congratulate Mann sahib’s family, his mother and sister. This will be a small function. Only family contributors will be present.”
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant married to Dr. Gurpreet Kaur today, July 7, less than 24 hours after announcing a surprise wedding ceremony. This is the Aam Aadmi Party leader’s second marriage.
Gurpreet Kaur completed Remedies in 2018. She is the youngest of three sisters. He is said to have helped Mann’s campaign at some point during this year’s Punjab elections.
Kaur’s family hails from the Pehwa area of Kurukshetra. Her father Indrajit Singh is a farmer.
Her sisters live abroad. Sources close to Mr. Mann said the family has had a relationship for years.
