Peace between Assam Government and DNLA

Assam Government signs one more MoU with Dimasa National Liberation Army (DNLA) in the presence of Union Home minister Amit Shah at New Delhi.

On 2019, the outfit DNLA was established to pursue Dimasa people’s sovereignty through an armed campaign.

Earlier Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has demanded peace and unilateral ceasefire for a period of six months. Now, the DNLA had announced this month extension unilateral ceasefire with Assam Govt.

The MoU is signed in the capital city of the country, New Delhi in presence of Amit Shah, Union Home Minister between DNLA and Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma .
