Ladakh recorded one new Covid case taking the number of infections to 28,258 on Friday. Of the total caseload, 22,977 infections were reported from Leh and 5,281 from Kargil.
The death number remains unchanged at 228.
So far, 28,025 COVID-19 patients already have recovered.
