NSDC International and Nippon Travel Agency have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen India-Japan collaboration. The partnership aims to create awareness in Japan about hiring skilled professionals from different sectors in India, addressing the growing demand for diverse talent in Japan.
The agreement was signed between NSDCI’s Director & Chief Operating Officer, Ajay Kumar Raina, and Nippon Travel Agency’s Executive Officer, Keigo Yoshida. The partnership aims to bridge the talent gap and enhance workforce mobility. NSDCI and Nippon Travel will organize joint seminars and workshops in both India and Japan, focusing on skill development, workforce mobility, and other relevant areas.
Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC and MD of NSDC International, said the partnership is a significant milestone towards fostering closer ties between India and Japan.
