NSDC and Indian Nursing Council sign MoU for healthcare skill development

NSDC International and Indian Nursing Council have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance skill development in healthcare and allied sectors, enhancing language and domain proficiency for overseas job opportunities.

The MOU was signed by Shri Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC International, and Dr. T Dileep Kumar, President of Dr Sandeep Singh Kaura, Adviser, NSDC for Skill India International Mission, Mrs K S Bharti, Joint Secretary, INC, Mr Ajay Raina, COO, NSDCI and other senior dignitaries of NSDCI and INC. NSDC International (NSDCI) and INC, a subsidiary of the National Skill Development Corporation, are partnering to deploy 10,000 healthcare workers in foreign countries under the Skill India International Mission.

The partnership aims to boost mobility of aspiring candidates by enhancing skill standardization, improving language proficiency, and providing vocational training to Indian talent. The partnership aims to address the shortage of employment-ready skilled workforce in foreign countries. . Dr. T Dileep Kumar, President INC said, “It will augment the shared vision of NSDC and Indian Nursing Council of advancing healthcare education & training for the talent in healthcare sector and be gainfully accepted in destination countries”.
