Nissan collaborates with Sony Pictures on India’s ‘Gran Turismo’ movie campaign

Gran Turismo, the most popular racing video games in the world released under the Sony Play station banner since 1997. Sony Pictures Entertainment India in collaboration with Nissan Motors, have joined hands for a unique marketing partnership for ‘Gran Turismo’ a film highly awaited by movie enthusiasts and gamers. The film, set to premiere in India on August 25, 2023, tells the true story of underdogs challenging the elite motorsports world, transforming racing’s landscape.

Gran Turismo is an inspiring and thrilling story about a team of unlikely underdogs, including a struggling gamer, a failed former racecar driver, and an idealistic motorsport executive. The film celebrates the legacy of GT Academy and Nissan’s progressive challenger mindset in motorsports, highlighting the brand’s bold “dare to do” DNA and empowering young talents to achieve aspirations and believe in themselves.
