The Border Security Force (BSF) intercepted a major smuggling operation, confiscating 2.180 kilograms of gold valued at ₹1.71 crore near the Indo-Bangladesh border in Tripura’s Sepahijala district. The seizure was made by the vigilant 81 Battalion near Border Out Post N C Nagar. Acting on specific intelligence, BSF personnel set up an ambush along the International Border.
