Recent violence in the Kacha district along the Assam-Mizoram border has been “committed” by police in neighboring states, a delegation of all parties to the parliament here who visited the scene of the incident said Friday. In a report submitted to the Assam Legislative Assembly, the team also stated that the case was “a cold-blooded slaughter,” and Mizoram police were not making efforts to control the mob.
