Madhya Pradesh gets India’s largest tiger reserve in Damoh, to be operational in next two to three months

In a latest development, Damoh district in MP (Madhya Pradesh) is on a way to become home to the India's largest tiger reserve, said a forest department official. The union govt has issued a notice accepting the proposal to merge the Noradehi Sanctuary with the Durgavati Sanctuary of the Damoh district, which will create a huge tiger reserve extending upto 2,300 sq km.
