Iqbal Kaskar arrested by NCB in drug peddling case

Wanted underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's brother Iqbal Kaskar was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai on Wednesday. According to reports, Kaskar was arrested allegedly peddling banned substances from Jammu and Kashmir to Punjab. Kaskar was deported from the UAE in 2003 and was arrested by the Thane Police in September, 2017 in connection with an investigation into an extortion case. He is suspected to have been operating the real estate business of Dawood Ibrahim Mumbai. Ujjain collector tells no vaccine, no salary to the govt staff

Fuel prices in India hike for the 28th time since May

Petrol and diesel prices in India hiked again on Sunday, witnessing a trend of record highs in fuel prices. In Delhi, petrol was hiked by 29 paise and diesel by 27 paise. With this, a litre of petrol now costs Rs 97.22 in the national capital and diesel is retailing at Rs 87.97 per litre. Indian mission at UN deems new IT Social Media rules “necessary”

The Indian government addressed the United Nations Human Rights Council about the new IT rules for social media companies.
