Study links inability to stand on one leg for 10 sec to high death risk

Middle-aged people who can't stand on one leg for 10 seconds have a higher risk of losing their lives within a decade, a new study claims. Research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine links the inability to balance on one leg for 10 seconds to nearly double the chance of dying from any cause over the next 10 years compared to those who choose to stand unsupported.
