To honor the heroes who gave their lives in the 1962 Indo-China War, the Indian Army's Spear Corps celebrated Kepang La Day here in the Upper Siang area on Sunday. The day was also commemorated to honor the tenacious tale of the villagers who kept their ground and aided the Indian Army throughout the conflict.
