Metropolis Healthcare Limited has opened its first diagnostic facility in Silchar, Assam, marking the first Metropolis laboratory in the region, offering advanced diagnostic services to the community. The 1,200 sq.ft. facility is equipped to handle over 9,000 samples per month, offering a broad spectrum of tests from basic pathology to sophisticated molecular diagnostics. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. Tanushree Deb Gupta, MD, Medicine- Assistant Professor, Medicine, Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH), alongside Metropolis Senior members – Dr. Ronica Baruah, Chief of Lab – Assam, and Mr. Rajesh Tripathy, SBU Head- East, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The new Metropolis Healthcare Limited lab is located at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd, Main Road, Rangirkhari, LMK: Opp to Ishan Bangla Office, N.S. Avenue, Silchar- 788005.
