According to reports, three tribals were killed and many others injured after lightning struck a forest area in Madhya Pradesh’s Sheopur district.
The accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon when Ajanoy was going for a picnic near a river in the forest area. While they were busy fishing, there was sudden lightning.
The deceased have been identified as Ram Bharat Adivasi (28), Dilip Adivasi (27) and Mukesh Adivasi (20), he said. Three others sustained severe burns and were admitted to the district hospital for treatment.
