KT Pernaik wishes on Children’s Day

On Children’s Day, which honors the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru’s birth anniversary, Governor Lt Gen K T Parnaik of Arunachal Pradesh sent his warmest regards to all of the state’s children. The governor stated in his speech that children are a country’s future and that a prosperous society depends on spending money on their education, health, and general well-being.

Our state’s future leaders will be today’s youth. Children’s Day is a unique event that honors children’s happiness, purity, and potential while bringing attention to their rights, safety, and general welfare. It serves as a reminder to put children’s welfare first, support their education, and create a secure and caring environment for their development.

All citizens, but notably parents and guardians, are poignantly reminded of their basic responsibilities by honoring Children’s Day. Young people’s minds are formed via education, preparing them to make significant future contributions to society. A healthy and active younger population depends on access to healthcare services, regular exercise, and proper nutrition. Societies may create a more promising future where all children have the chance to flourish, learn, and develop into responsible, knowledgeable citizens by recognizing and addressing these factors.
