Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed Anupam Kaura as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to drive organizational transformation and accelerate change. Kaura comes from CRISIL Ltd, London, UK, where he was responsible for Talent Strategy, Performance and Rewards, Learning and Development, Culture Transformation, and overall organizational transformation efforts.
With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across Indian and global banking and finance companies, Kaura specializes in driving change agendas and transformative initiatives in large organizations.
He has played a pivotal role in rejuvenating and enhancing teams at CRISIL Ltd, equipping them with the necessary skills to adapt to technological and digital disruptions. Kaura has also held key HR roles in reputed organizations such as IDFC Bank, Citi, AXA, and PWC.
