Khandu conducts the Tiranga Yatra at Walong to celebrate Operation Sindoor success

In Walong, a secluded town in the Anjaw district, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu joined a Tiranga Yatra on Tuesday to commemorate the Indian Armed Forces’ recent triumph in Operation Sindoor. Khandu praised the bravery and tenacity of the Indian military participating in the mission, accompanied by his cabinet colleagues, local officials, Army personnel, and excited members of the public. The yatra demonstrated patriotism and solidarity with the Armed Forces’ steadfast dedication to defending the nation’s borders and sovereignty.

“I conducted the Tiranga Yatra in Walong with my cabinet colleagues, local leaders, Army men, and the enthusiastic local population before of the historic Cabinet Aapke Dwar. This easternmost frontier’s patriotic fervor renewed our love for the country and fortified our shared resolve to remain steadfastly in support of our courageous defense forces,” Khandu wrote on X. Following the success of Operation Sindoor, the BJP is embarking on an 11-day nationwide “Tiranga Yatra” starting Tuesday in an effort to raise awareness of the armed forces’ bravery and the resolute leadership of the Modi government.
