LG Electronics has announced the winners of the Itanagar regional round for its All India K-POP Contest 2024, celebrating exceptional local talent. In a spirited competition held in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Centre India (KCC), Dorothi Hazarika emerged victorious in the Vocals category, while The Trend group won in the Dance category, delivering performances that captured the essence of K-POP with remarkable flair.
This year’s contest, marking its 3rd edition, has garnered impressive engagement, with over 10,500 participants registering online. Regional rounds are being held from July 27 to September 1 across 11 locations, including Bengaluru, Kohima, Kolkata, and Mumbai. The Itanagar round, the fifth in the series, sets the stage for the upcoming semifinals in Delhi.
