Insurance awareness campaign To cover 36 villages across Sikkim

Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) has launched an insurance awareness program on wheels called “KEEP YOUR FAMILY SECURED, GET INSURED!” in Sikkim. The objective is to create awareness about the benefits of insurance and increase insurance penetration in the region. The campaign van was flagged off from Gangtok city by dignitaries such as Dr. Yogesh Verma, Mr. Pramod Dalmia, and Mr. Rajesh Somani.

The van campaign will run for 12 days and cover 36 villages in the Gangtok district. It will offer a host of engagement activities such as performance art, question and answer rounds, and a lucky draw. This program is part of Future Generali’s commitment to raise awareness about the importance of insurance and how it can help people secure their future. FGII’s insurance awareness program in Sikkim is part of its strategy to increase insurance penetration in North-East India.

The company has launched several programs and initiatives to achieve this objective. North-East India has a large untapped potential for general insurance. Commenting on the insurance awareness program launch, Ruchika Malhan Varma, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Insurance Co.
