India sends relief materials for Nepal amid earthquake

Nepal witnessed magnitude 6.4 earthquake, which left 157 deaths, thousand injured, destroyed properties, people are left homeless. India has came up and forwarded their helping hands towards the country, Nepal.

The Indian Air Force’s C-130 J aircraft has carried over 9 tonnes of relief material as humanitarian relief mission for Nepal.

The Indian Air Force said, “IAF’s participation in the ongoing Humanitarian Relief Mission for Nepal continues. Another C-130 J aircraft got airborne on 06 Nov 23, airlifting over 9 tonnes of relief material to Nepalganj. The overall relief load airlifted till now exceeds 21 tonnes.”

 Earlier, India has also sent an emergency aid package, comprising medical equipment, relief materials and more, for people affected by the earthquake in Nepal.
