IHG® Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Yuvaan Developers Private Limited for the Holiday Inn Guwahati. The 150-key hotel, set to open in January 2028, is part of IHG’s expansion strategy in secondary markets, catering to the growing demand for quality branded accommodation in the country. Guwahati, a thriving economic hub with Special Economic Zones, industrial manufacturing areas, healthcare, and education sectors, is also a popular tourist destination, attracting both domestic and international travelers.
Located along Azara road, the hotel offers easy accessibility from Guwahati Airport and the main city. It features modern guest rooms, three dining options, a dedicated fitness center, a pool, four meeting rooms, a banquet hall, and signature amenities for social gatherings and MICE opportunities. The hotel will provide a great hospitality experience to a diverse set of guests visiting the city.
