Inspired from 8 different countries the festival menu includes a wide variety of burgers, from ‘The Great American Burger’ to interesting options like ‘ Chicken Schnitzel Burger’, Nagasaki Pork Bahn Mi’ which has Vietnamese flavourful pork patty, sriracha, mayo, and pickles,’The Tokyo Catch’ which is a japanese Style Fried fish Burger.
Vegetarians on the other hand will definitely enjoy ‘Aloo cheese Burst Tikki Burger’, ‘ Ola Vegetariano’, A Spicy Mexican Veg Burger and ‘Casablanca’ the awesome Moroccan Harissa Paneer Burger .
