HCLTech has invited applications for its TechBee early career program, targeting students completing Class 12 in 2023, 2024, or 2025. The program offers 12 months of intensive training, followed by full-time job placements and the opportunity to pursue part-time higher education from institutions like BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, and Amity University Online.
Students with a mathematics or business mathematics background are eligible for roles in areas such as cloud, data science, AI, and digital engineering. Now in its eighth year, the TechBee program has become a launchpad for students aspiring to tech careers.
“Since 2017, TechBee has trained thousands of students, offering them the chance to work on global projects while continuing their education,” said Subbaraman Balasubramanyan, Senior Vice President, HCLTech. To enhance inclusivity, HCLTech has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and state-level skill development bodies.
