A hundred rupees coin will be released by the government on this sunday(April 30) to celebrate the hundredth phase of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio show Maan Ki Baat.
This radio show first started in the year 2014, October. The platform is used by PM to talk on the various issues. It is broadcasted every last Sunday of a month at 11 a.m
The official notification by the Ministry of Finance read: “The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “100th Episode of Mann Ki Baat.”
