Four died in Bihar train mishap, Assam CM expresses condolence

Last night, at Bihar there has been train mishap where number of man life ended and some were injured. According to the sources, at least four passengers died when six coaches of the Anand Vihar-Kamakhya North East Express derailed near the Raghunathpur station in Buxar district.

In view of the situation, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed condolence for the families of the deceased on X. He also informed that the state government is closely monitoring the situation and has established contact with local authorities.

On X the Assam CM said, “My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. Praying for the quick recovery of those injured.”Meanwhile, the injured people are undergoing treatment at hospitals mostly in Buxar town and Ara.
