The complainant alleged that the flat located at Tulsiyani Golf View in Sushant Golf City area of Lucknow was given to someone else.
An FIR has been filed against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and designer Gauri Khan.
A case has been registered under Section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code against Gauri Khan.
The complaint was filed by Mumbai resident Yashwant Shah, who alleged that the company — of which Gauri was the brand ambassador — failed to give possession of a flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh.
The complainant alleged that the flat located at Tulsiyani Golf View in Sushant Golf City area of Lucknow was given to someone else.
Apart from Gouri, a complaint was filed against Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, Chief Managing Director of Tulsiani Construction and Development Limited and Mahesh Tulsiani, its director.
The complainant said he bought the building after being influenced by Gauri Khan.
