Chennai Super Kings cricketer Ambati Rayudu surprised all of them on Saturday by way of tweeting that the Indian Premier League 2022 would be his ultimate season.
An hour later the veteran Indian cricketer deleted the tweet. This retraction by means of the CSK batter created a lot of confusion amongst the fans.
“I am blissful to announce that this will be my ultimate IPL. I have had a fantastic time taking part in it and being a part of 2 gorgeous groups for thirteen years. Would love to truly thank Mumbai Indians and CSK for the gorgeous journey, ” tweeted Rayudu.
After this, a CSK official spoke to ANI and denied the news of Rayudu’s retirement.
This is no longer the first time Rayudu has introduced his retirement. When he was once no longer picked for the 2019 ODI world cup, he had announced his retirement but reversed the choice and came lower back to play in the IPL.
