Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri launches the first edition of a bakery in town- The SiliguriBakehouse on 30 July 2021. The SiliguriBakehouse specialized in customised artisanal cakes for all occasions, with an assortment of freshly made bread, rolls, doughnuts, cupcakes, pies, and cookies. The bakery is designed to win the hearts of dessert connoisseurs, with gourmet bites of elegant pastries & savouries.
Dessert lovers can now satiate their sweet tooth cravings with signature delicacies “SBH Chocolate cake, Makaibari Roasted white chocolate cake, Raspberry Creamux Gateaux”, the menu also offers freshly baked“Muffins” or “Macaron” such as the “All Bran Muffin, Mango Mint Macaron” in addition to that the SiliguriBakehouse will cater to freshly baked flavourful “Masala loaf bread” made with brown onion, chilli, fresh processed cheese, coriander and loaded with the fabulous flavours of masala to give it a local touch. Bakery specialist Chef Sukhen Ghosh with a decade of experience is all set to bring to the city a specially curated menu from warm and fresh bread to fluffy cakes and pastries that taste as delectable as they look. Sukhen’s vision is to provide international quality products and elevate the overall bakery offerings available in the city of Siliguri.
